1. Agreement
By using AutoNow.ai, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the product for a business or team, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. The service
AutoNow.ai is an AI-assisted social media workflow product. It can help with preparation, review and other repeated work described on the product page. Suggestions and automation are not a substitute for your judgment. You are responsible for reviewing content and approving important actions.
We may improve, change or discontinue parts of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every platform connection will always be available.
3. Accounts and use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, have the right to connect any account or platform you use with AutoNow.ai, and follow the rules that apply to your business and those platforms.
You must not use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or harmful content; to impersonate another person; to evade platform safeguards; or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, platforms or the service.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Any paid plan or add-on renews on the interval selected at checkout until canceled. Prices, taxes and the total due are presented before purchase. Payments are processed by Paddle. See the Refund & cancellation policy for cancellations and refund requests.
You authorize the applicable recurring charges for the plan you select. If a payment fails, we may limit access to paid features until the account is brought up to date.
5. Third-party platforms and content
You retain responsibility for your account, content, permissions and relationships on connected third-party platforms. AutoNow.ai does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their availability, policies, moderation decisions or changes.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give AutoNow.ai the limited permission needed to provide the service, such as processing your content to provide requested assistance. AutoNow.ai retains its product, software and brand rights.
